There's always been a suspicion around the battery life on Apple iPhones, with conspiracy theories…
February 9, 2021 – Los Angeles, California
In a Final Judgment entered by U.S. District Court Judge Stephen V. Wilson, in the United States District Court for the Central District of California – Western Division, Attorney John Kristensen of Kristensen LLP succeeded in securing a $25,000.00 award for the Plaintiff.
The $25,000.00 award, which is inclusive of court costs and attorneys’ fees, is subject to the legal interest rate of ten percent per year from Monday, February 9, 2021.
The award is not the first time that Attorney Kristensen has successfully represented a Plaintiff in a civil suit against a senior care provider. Often, the elderly do not receive the care and attention they are legally entitled to when engaging and often relying on the services of a senior care provider. In most cases, the family members and loved ones of a senior under such care may never learn of any errors, let alone believe they are entitled to a monetary settlement.
“We are happy to announce that we’ve once again secured a five-figure award for our client,” said Attorney Kristensen after the Final Judgment was entered. “Litigation of malpractice isn’t limited to cases of high-profile wrongful death in hospitals.”
In many cases, individuals that live in senior care facilities and rely on their care providers are victimized. Oftentimes, complaints that you may frequently hear from a loved one about the quality of care they’re receiving – that may not be crying wolf. That may mean that your loved one isn’t being cared for properly, and this means they may be entitled to monetary compensation.
Malpractice in senior care facilities is common, though not as commonly litigated. The family and/or legal representatives of seniors are often discouraged by the time and costs pertaining to seeking civil action against senior care providers. The results of cases such as this go to show that Kristensen LLP has and will continue to successfully pursue justice in court for anyone that has been victimized by the professional care providers, often at no cost and without the stress and pressure of such lawsuits.
