Kristensen LLP Files Federal Lawsuit Against Desert Showgirls in Cathedral City

On November 13, 2019, Kristensen LLP with its partners on the Dancers Rights team, filed a federal lawsuit against Desert Showgirls in the US District Court, Central District of California – Eastern Division. The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff and other dancers were misclassified as “independent contractors”, actually forced to pay “house fees” just to work, and then forced to fork over some of their tips. If you have information about Desert Showgirls, or want to see if you have a case, contact us for a free consultation. No costs charged to clients unless a case settles or collection on a verdict/judgment.

Kristensen LLP is working with Hughes Ellzey, Florida Legal, LLC and other firms around the country to get dancers their money back
