Types of Claims Involving Defective Products

In this day and age, it’s very difficult to live a life independent from commercial manufacturers. There was a time when clothes, food, home appliances, and everything else could be created yourself or purchased from someone you knew who had the means. Now, we rely on big businesses to provide us with the bulk of what we need on a daily basis. There’s no harm in this fact, unless that business is being taken for granted by irresponsible or immoral manufacturers. When you purchase a product, you’re putting your faith in that manufacturer regarding the quality of that product. If a product is defective and causes you harm, that faith has been violated. We have quality control laws for a reason, and if you suffer as a result of those laws being ignored, you’re entitled to compensation for any distress caused.

Injuries

It is not a joke when a purchased good brings you harm. We trust manufacturers when we purchase products for our homes, bodies, and even our children, and it is absolutely unacceptable when injury results from those products malfunctioning and putting us in harm’s way.

Defective products

A product that works in any way other than its intended function is a liability, and it can have unexpected consequences that, in addition to bodily harm, can damage property, create unsafe situations, or cost us time, money, or opportunities. If you’ve been the victim of a defective product that negatively impacted your personal life in any way, please reach out to us so we can work together to determine your options.

Consumer legal remedy

When you find yourself the victim of a defective product produced by a large company, it can be a powerless feeling. But you don’t just need to accept the consequences, and it isn’t your responsibility to ensure a product works as intended – it is theirs. We can help you understand and navigate your options, so you don’t feel as if you are without options to rectify the situation. You placed your faith in a business, and you deserve to feel confident in your position as a consumer – not at the mercy of corporate giants.

If you believe you or someone you love may have been the victim of a defective product, please reach out to us so we can work with you to understand your unique situation and develop a response plan to get the justice you deserve. As a consumer, businesses serve you, and you deserve more than to be victimized by their lack of accountability and respect.
