In 2016, Kristensen obtained a then record $1.15M settlement in a Title IX case. We are currently litigating other Title IX and sexual harassment/assualt cases against UC-Berkeley and Cabrillo College. What claims may be brought against a university or college for sexual assaults or sexual harassment depends on the specific facts of the case.
