On April 13, 2015, the FDA issued a warning that Tri-Methyl Xtreme, distributed by Nevada based Extreme Product Groups, contains anabolic steroids that have been linked to liver injuries. The FDA received reports from consumers in California, New Jersey and Utah from consumers having adverse reactions to Tri-Methyl Xtreme. The FDA did not make it clear whether it had identified the actual manufacturer. If you were injured by Tri-Methyl Xtreme or another supplement, having lawyers who know how to navigate product liability cases is crucial. Kristensen LLP have been handling product cases for over a decade with a track record of success. We recently filed a substantial complaint in New Jersey State Court against manufactures and sellers of supplements containing the now banned DMAA.
