Local Lighthouse Robocalls Claim Google Plus Assistance

Have you received a robocall to your cell phone where an automated voice asks if you are a business owner and want to get a better ranking on Google +?  Local Lighthouse, Inc., an outfit based out of Tustin California has been doing just that.  Kristensen Weisberg, LLP is investigating robocalls offering better ranking on Google +.  They claim they have a direct relationship withe Google and can boost your Google Plus ranking.  We are informed and believe that the entity uses automatic dialing systems in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § (“TCPA”).  A single robocall can lead to a statutory claim of up to $1,500 for each call. If you were called on your cellphone by Local Lighthouse, Inc., and have no prior relationship, give us a ring to see if you can assist the fight to stop robocalls.   Local Lighthouse, Inc. has been known to call from (916) 970-7110, a number based out of the Sacramento area, just a little bit away from their Tustin, California headquarters. Call Kristensen Weisberg, LLP at (310) 507-7924 to put a stop to illegal robocalls.
